| Movement Class: After working with people for several years and done many, many readings; I noticed something that most people had in common: “the necessity to MOVE the energy”, to come out of your rot, to get out of your head. So I created this movement class based on Edgar Cayce’s readings. Where we will use gentle energizing techniques to open the heart and empower the body. You will be refreshed and aligned with Spirit for the rest of the day. |
